Banquet Hall Rentals: 13039@fvfac.org
The Multi-purpose room holds 217 people. The rental of Multi-purpose room shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per hour from the time the doors open for the event. We will give you up to two (2) hours to set up for your event. The Two hundred Dollar ($200.00) charge for set up and take down will be waived if you agree to clean the hall after your function. It's your responsibility to set up the hall for your event and clean up the kitchen, serving area and multipurpose room after the event returning the hall set up for a Bingo event. A security deposit of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) is required to secure the hall rental and refundable if cleaning is completed and no damage is done to The Fire Company property (tables, chairs, etc.). Fallston VFAC does not allow any decorations or signs to be taped or attached in anyway to the FVFAC Hall walls. If you do, your security deposit will be deposited.
For a child or teenage birthday party, we ask the following:
- No Alcoholic beverages allowed for the adults before or during the event.
- If any alcohol is found on premise without Board approval, The Fire Company will close this affair immediately.
- Also you will need chaperones inside and outside of hall.
