| Happy Independence Day! Celebrating 250 Years of America 🇺🇸
As we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States, let's honor our nation's history while keeping safety at the forefront of our festivities.
4th of July Safety Reminders:
-Leave fireworks to the professionals. Attend public displays whenever possible. -Keep a safe distance from fireworks and never relight malfunctioning devices. -Have water nearby—a bucket of water or garden hose can help prevent fires and quickly address fire emergencies. -Stay hydrated and protect yourself from the summer heat by drinking plenty of water and seeking shade when needed. -Grill safely. Keep grills away from structures, overhangs, and dry vegetation, and never leave them unattended. -Drive responsibly. Designate a sober driver and remain alert for increased traffic, pedestrians, and bicyclists. -Protect children and pets. Loud noises and crowds can be stressful; ensure they are supervised and kept in safe areas.
As we celebrate 250 years of American independence, resilience, and service, let's make safety a part of our tradition. Wishing everyone a safe, enjoyable, and memorable Independence Day.
