Hello Fallston Community! We are getting a head start on our holiday drive this year and doing things a little differently. We will have two very important charities available for donation to give a child a great Christmas this year in our Harford County Community, as well as the Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, in honor of Joey Brocato, the son of firefighter Tony Brocato.

We will be hosting a virtual toy drive in honor of Joey Brocato to benefit Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN (M Health Fairview Hospital). He asked that we host a fundraiser for his friends who will be spending Christmas on the pediatric bone marrow transplant floor. Joey was diagnosed with a rare disease in 2021 called Adrenoleukodystrophy. After further testing, it was determined that Joey was in desperate need of a life-saving bone marrow transplant. At the age of 7, Joey received his bone marrow transplant on April 28, 2023, at Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN.

At home, we are collecting new coats, hats, gloves, toys, and gifts for teenagers as part of the annual Harford County Sheriff's Office Christmas Drive. We love the toy donations and will continue to collect them also, but there is a great need for winter outerwear for children across Harford County. Our teenager would also love makeup, hair accessories, fun shower items, and anything else your teenager would love. As in the past, a donation box is at the front entrance of our station for your convenience.

On Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Company, 2201 Carrs Mill Road, Fallston, our annual toy drive will take place. This year, we will also be hosting the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP), which will offer swabbing services to community members to determine if they are a potential bone marrow match for someone in need. Tony is also holding a gift basket raffle, and all proceeds will go to the Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN (M Health Fairview Hospital)

Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be available for pictures, and we will have food trucks on site for lunch.
