My Lady’s Manor Steeple Chase Races 115th race commenced today, and Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Co. Assistant Chief Gail and FF/Paramedic Kalck continued the tradition of organizing EMS volunteers and EMS career personnel for this event. Assistant Chief Gail has an extensive background not only in fire and EMS operations, but also in Equines. FF/Paramedic Kalck brings an extensive background in fire and EMS operations. Together, they have successfully organized and deployed multiple EMS volunteers and career personnel, UTV resources, and EMS transport units to the manor races for several years. They complete hours of Volunteer time and coordination before the event to ensure smooth operations on event day.
In all, they coordinated over 25 personnel and 10 departments with UTV's and EMS transport units.
