On June 6, 2010 at 1017 hours Company 13 (Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Co.) was alerted for a vehicle accident in the 2100 blk of Fallston Road. As Harford County 911 received additional information the call was upgraded to a rescue assignment as there was one victim reported to be unable to exit their vehicle. Upon arrival of Fallston VFAC units it was determined there was no entrapment. Initial scene assessment indicated there were multiple patients and additional EMS units were requested. Two (2) patients were transported to Johns Hopkins - Bayview Trauma Center, two (2) other patients refused EMS treatment at the scene. There were a total of three vehicles involved in the incident.

IV 791 (Jarrettsville VFC) re-located to Fallston VFAC (Co. 13 - Carrs Mill Rd station) as all 3 FVFAC ambulances were committed to this incident.
