On June 3, 2010 at 0241 hours units from Harford County and Baltimore County were dispatched to a report of a dwelling fire in the 2700 block of Baldwin Mill Road in the Upper Crossroads area. First arriving Fallston VFAC units reported heavy smoke showing from a single story dwelling. Crews conducted an aggressive interior attack, limiting fire spread within the structure. The fire was contained within 30 minutes. Two civilians were evaluated on scene by EMS for smoke inhalation symptoms, but refused transport. No injuries were reported to fire personnel. The investigation into the cause and origin of the fire is being handled by the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal. No damage estimate is available.
