The purpose of this email is to introduce you to the Blue Force Riders Club. We are a club consisting of police officers, firefighters, EMS, and their family and friends. Our members ride motorcycles and classic cars. Our sole purpose is to honor the men and women who serve and who have passed. We ride in their honor and we are a Non- Profit organization that supports our public safety heroes in need. We are currently recruiting members for our organization and am reaching out to our brothers and sisters to join us. Our next meeting is on April 16th at 10:00am at the Cafe at Wegman's in Abingdon. Please feel free to join us for more information. We are not an MC but a riders club. I am sorry to hear of Chaplain 13 Ed passing. Ed and I have shared some tough calls together and I was glad that he was there, he brought compassion, comfort and stability when it was needed the most. I deeply regret not being able to attend the services due to my responsiblity as care giver for my wife because of a recent injury and health issues. Ed will be truly missed by all.
